Father, husband, and champion for Illinois' working class. Running for U.S. Congress in IL-16.

LaHood was absent; I showed up. In other news, the sky is blue. You deserve a representative who shows up for you. I’ve done tht across the for the last 19 months, and I will do that as your next Congressman. I’ll meet for another forum or debate with my opponent any time and any place.
Darin LaHood refused to sign the original discharge petition that forced a vote on the first wave of the Epstein Files. Perhaps he can atone for that failure by signing on to this new bipartisan effort to end the cover-up?
Did you watch the debate last night?
Darin LaHood and I laid out 2 different visions. I made my positions clear—no lies, no hiding or brushing aside my record or beliefs.
With 25 days to go, please share the recording below and help voters see the choice for themselves.
CANDIDATE FORUM TONIGHT @8PM! Ready to see me take on Darin LaHood head-on and hold him accountable for 10+ years of failed policies, unwavering loyalty to the president, and refusal to hold in-person town halls? Visit our website to stream or join supporters at a local watch party near you.
Glad to join the candidate forum hosted by Discover Dixon. Darin LaHood didn’t show up to answer questions from Lee County voters. I, however, appreciated the chance to discuss expanding childcare, strengthening regional manufacturing and more. Thanks to everyone who made it happen!

I’m running for Congress to take our power back, root out corruption, and stand up for towns like ours. Check out our new TV ad, “Towns Like Ours.”
Proud to earn the Alliance for Retired Americans’ endorsement! Their 4.4 million members—including 243,834 in Illinois—share my commitment to protecting and strengthening Medicare and Social Security. I’ll always fight to expand these programs, not put them on the chopping block like my opponent.
Earlier today, Darin LaHood and I filmed our candidate forum. Tune in Thursday at 8 PM to see two very different visions for leadership and our country’s future.

25 years ago, 2,977 people were killed on 9/11. I was 12, watching those images at school, not yet understanding how much our country had changed. Today we remember the victims, honor the heroes, and stand together without surrendering the liberties and values that define us.
I hope everyone had a great Labor Day. Our leaders should prioritize the needs of the workers who make our district & nation run.
I’m proud to be the candidate in #IL16 that actually fights for working people, is from the working class, and is supported by organized labor.
Thank you to the fired-up folks of Normal Women Rising for having me at their monthly meeting! I enjoyed talking about why I stepped up to fight for a new direction for our country, the values driving our campaign, and how we can build a better future for our kids and grandkids.
More workers across our district and region are joining our campaign! I’m grateful to CWA District 4 for their endorsement and proud to stand with thousands of working people across the Midwest in the fight to make our government work for ordinary people again.
Darin LaHood serves the powerful few. As your representative, I’ll work for you. We don’t take money from corporate PACs, AIPAC, or groups defending our broken & corrupt campaign finance system. We’re building a movement powered by ordinary people, and together we’ll flip this district.
Another great journey across #IL16! Thank you to the good folks in Peoria, Oregon, and Pecatonica for building this movement with us. We may not have our opponent’s millions in corporate campaign cash, but we have hundreds of fired-up people ready to build a better future for the next generation.
Today marks 61 years since Medicare and Medicaid became law. For six decades, they’ve provided essential care to seniors, children, people with disabilities, and millions more. Darin LaHood voted for largest Medicaid cuts ever. I’ll fight to reverse the LaHood cuts and expand Medicare access.
We’re building a coalition of Democrats, Republicans, Independents, and everyone in between who want new leadership and an independent voice in Washington. Together, we’ll protect Social Security, expand Medicare, and create more blue-collar careers and apprenticeships.
Today marks 500 days since this campaign began & 100 days until the election.
Thank you to everyone building this movement across #IL16. No corporate PAC money. No lobbyist influence. Just everyday people taking on an out-of-touch incumbent and fighting for what matters.
Let’s go!
Proud to have earned the support of @ilaflcio.bsky.social in the general election. Organized labor is one of the few ways working people can gain power. When we flip #IL16, working families will finally have a representative who stands with them, not those consolidating wealth and power at the top.
