That one is treasure. Can't sell treasure! 😂
I've often wondered if there is money to be made buying things from eBay and selling them on after making them work again.
This video is very much worth a watch.

Well nuts. Look at those tiny plastic posts that were holding up all the weight of the glass hanging in front! Hope you've got a backup.
I wouldnt like to say. Not my area. I just fix em!
They sell for verry good money these days!
This is an absolute horror show of a video, I don't know how the hell I didn't see all this damage before. (Obviously it all happened while it was in the royal mail network) Lee's an absolute hero/necromancer for rescuing my 1200 like this. REPLACE YOUR CAPS, FOLKS!
In this episode of "I'm always right! Ask my wife." I'm repairing capacitor leakage inside my pal @gigerpunk.bsky.social 's A1200
It's a long one so I split it into 2 episodes.
Part 2 is out in 5 minutes. No need to wait till next week!
I'll reply to this post with that link.
It's a fun build!
I got this amazing thing a while back and recorded my first impressions.
I am stunned how good it is.
Video is over on the @ready-player-two.bsky.social channel.
Ah that makes sense! Nice idea
What's the platform for Sven? I will be showing my new hotplates in a video in working on right now. I've tried them out and they really do make things a lot easier
I've rebranded the second channel. Expect to see occasional tool reviews and unbagging videos here.
That looks really good!
For fun I put a IBM 5150 on the Internet as a web server. With lightweight text pages, it did the job just fine, serving pages directly from a 360k floppy disk. Separate proxy made them available over dual IPv4&6 stack and via SSL. What shall I get it to do next? 😍
I feel this very keenly. Just today I finished an Amiga 1200 repair and started looking for a mouse for testing. My workshop is a disaster area and all I could find were two broken ones. I ended up driving to storage to get one. 40 minute round trip.
I gave away all my ZX Spectrums More a nightmare really
