Adding: In real life I'm isolated often, so the negativity stews in my head instead of having social distractions. I've also become stand-offish w/ making friends & joining communities because of past negative interactions, but if you know of any friendly servers, I'll try taking another chance🤷‍♀️

I suppose I'll be trying to take more breaks from social media, but still post art, including commissions. I still want a presence & social life online, but I have to find a balance & maybe avoid it when Im in a bad mood or feeling left out. I'm genuinely sorry to those I affected. 😮‍💨

I didn't always struggle like this. Or certainly be so up and down. I have to find what helped me relax before. The super stressful things that happen in real life carry over online, & I feel it made me become more fragile, cynnical, & petty- even when I'm not generally upset by most things.

My mental health tanked this year & I realized its caused a pattern of frequent bad bpd episodes & disassociation that ive been taking online too often. I realized I unfollowed/blocked a lot of people. I'm sorry. Dont take it personally or uh... run off telling others to block me. 😬 I will fix it.
