light-dark() just got more powerful 🎊

Safari Technology Preview 246 adds support for using it with image values — not just colors.

Swap gradients, photos, or any background image based on system appearance, no media query needed.

Customizable select is so powerful -- it's fully style-able with custom arrows, icons, color swatches, rich option layouts.
