DW3 Remaster is a labor of love by comparison. Updated visuals are 1 to 1 (down to goofy animations/bad dialogue), maps are the identical but scaled up for modern mechanics, new mechanics feel natural, and core gameplay remains intact It revitalizes what made the original great to begin with.

With the Halo Remake, it failed to "Remake" Halo while maintaining its original core, along with bad implementation of modern gameplay standards. Assets/AI were recycled poorly, maps were mostly identical in layout, modern elements felt out of place, and story/voicework/pacing was off.

I'm having a BLAST with the Dynasty Warriors 3 Remaster, and I've thought about why this game feels so much better than the Halo Remake does. I don't make posts like this, but I wanted to give my views on why this game works so much more for me. Even if its apples to oranges.
