The Feds will subsidize a $100 billion pipeline after paying $34bil for the last one.
But the PM signs on with Trump to fight subsidized EV technology.
This has nothing to do with jobs. It is about blocking the expansion of cheap/accessible alternatives.

We won’t stand by while Mark Carney launches the biggest attack on workers’ rights, Indigenous rights, and the environment that we've seen since the Harper era.
Join our emergency town hall on October 14th, and let’s build the power to stop Bill C-39 together.

Steel is a strategic industry that underpins our economy, our sovereignty, and our national security. It’s time for us to nationalize Stelco to protect Canadian jobs and assert control over this critical sector.
Proud to meet with ILWU Canada President Tom Doran to discuss the Liberals' attack on the constitutional right to strike. Nation-building starts with empowering the workers who literally build our nation. The NDP will stand shoulder to shoulder with workers every step of the way.
They didn't need to vote for it to do that The LPC alone has the majority to send it to committee
And Harper!
Some of us thought we dodged a bullet.
The Liberals and Conservatives just voted together to attack labour, environmental, and Indigenous rights to fast-track corporate mega projects.
If you voted for Carney, you voted for Poilievre
New Brunswick and Newfoundland currently want in, and Carney won't let them
Newspapers around the world have anointed Canada’s prime minister the new “leader of the free world.” But Lula links democracy to economic equality and solidarity, while Mark Carney revives the technocratic neoliberalism that helped create its crisis.
Only 26 MPs voted against the Bill at this first vote. From what I saw, it was entirely NDP, Bloc and Green who opposed it. Conservatives and Liberals all appeared to vote for it. Those 14 Liberals who claimed to care about the environment……very curious where your spine is?
New Brunswick's Liberal government has also been stonewalled trying to join Pharmacare
I keep telling people that even Newfoundland’s Progressive Conservative government has sent multiple letters to the federal Liberals asking to get a pharmacare deal because some other provinces have them, and Carney’s government will not do it.
The argument I've seen from MANY liberals is that Carney is building an oil pipeline so that he can fund social programs
So why is he simultaneously building a pipeline while cutting national pharmacare?
Sounding very Trumpish
Immigration minister appears unaware of court ruling that guarantees Charter rights for refugees
Supreme Court's landmark Singh decision led to establishment of the Immigration and Refugee Board
Based on new information reported today, I again asked the Speaker to allow Parliamentarians to question the government about foreign interference and issues with the Alberta referendum. Once again, the Speaker has denied my request. 1/2
We should never forget that when Avi Lewis was threatened by one of Canada's largest newspapers Mark Carney and Pierre Poilievre stayed silent. They both showed how unfit they are to stand up for Canadians in that moment.
