A pet peeve of mine is people who think DevRel is where you stash your bad engineers, so you can away with paying them less as well. A DevRel is an engineer, plus a bucket of additional skills like speaking, writing, videography and product. You pay them *more* than a plain engineer.

I'm not at all confident that anyone other than myself will think this game is fun, but I think it's fabulous.
