I don't think I've come across a poem that taps into my ethos when it comes to navigating queer community within the context of a hostile world as much as "We Have Enough Dead Friends" by Lena Oleanderson. I strive to make my home a sanctuary where other faggots feel safe and cared for.

We Have Enough Dead Friends

Come over. The doors are open,

Day 12 - Perch

Zdravko wished to end the empire, which is not the same as a wish for the empire to end. Deprived of his vengeance, he needs to find new direction. Perched above the city, he considers.

A zoomed out shot of a Hrothgar perched at the edge of a tall building in garlemald. He thinks: It is a smoldering ruin. One would think I would be happy. I thought no sight could bring me greater joy. This victory feels... empty.

A hrothgar peers down at the ruins of garlemald from his perch. He thinks: I return again and again. The ruination never brings the catharsis I need. There is no empire left to bleed. Garlemald is a bloodless corpse. Poor sport. Her people cower, and their blood runs as cold as their winters. I won't be coming back.

The hrothgar's attention shifts to the clear night sky. He thinks: I will need to seek purpose elsewhere. For so long, I defined myself in opposition to this place. These people. It feels cruel the empire should enjoy the same stars that shine over Bozja. Forgiveness is beyond me, but I can make peace. And I can go home.

Why do they get several fully explorable zones and codices when Myths of the Realm gets ONE extra dialogue? Why is all this effort put into this crossover while there is so much of the world of Hydaelyn that needs exploring?

This playthrough, I decided to give the Shadowbringers Alliance Raid a fair shot. I have never liked it, but there have been parts of this game I never liked that I have changed my mind about. Some of them were even in ShB! They fucking suck, dude. The Nier raids are a waste.

I really feel like I've developed as a roleplayers when I get to do scenes that crunch lore and then filter it through the perspective of a character. Drav got to teach someone how to be a reaper today, and while it was a lore-accurate explanation, it was filtered through his perspective.
