I don't want to disappoint but this seems like crazy bad luck..I got 15 and my partner got 11. We were only out for just under two hours.
Today a furry messaged me on tg randomly (which is ok I actually enjoy random pms) But the message was "Hey there!" And the message was...forwarded from themselves. The Audacity of that is comical
*A dude behind a desk with 0 medical knowledge and training denying care a literal doctor is telling them to give Yeah sounds like it should be illegal definitely
It's so obvious it's just another barrier to deny care. There's literally no reason for it to exist beyond that
But my opinion is if the doctor sent it to you. You can assume it's required. That's the whole point The doctor already authorized it. It's just seems like a waste of time for everyone
Prior authorization is such a wild concept Doctor: Hey patient needs this Insurance: but like.... does he? Doctor: For the second time yes. Insurance: Oh ok
Using an AI system to filter prescriptions inherently implies you're more interested in denying claims and making money than healthcare. An AI system is always designed to deny not provide. Otherwise it wouldn't be needed.
Oh man I kinda forgot about all this, wow what a good time. He's gunna be so missed
I screamed in a public parking lot. #GoHawks

"I'm VERY passionate about this tech issue" Ahh yes, I also watched that YouTube video yesterday
At 14:40 he mentions how it's easier to drink from a can than the quest or index. I wasn't super interested in this, but now you've got my attention ~ 👀
Sure! Happy to help
This weekend we bought a really fancy Yamaha Clavinova and turned our breezeway into a really cozy music space
Also bonus: on deck the only song that's ever needed to be committed to physical print. 🎵🔈
LSS: enjoy what you're doing and don't get mad when you can't play that rock song you really like
Also I personally think all those youtube piano play alongs are such a double edge sword because while yes you're learning this song you like but it takes all the gratification and motivation out of learning, so it feels sort of empty, especially if you're goal is to Learn and not just play around.
The reason in my opinion I hear so much of "I bought a guitar and now it's collecting dust" because you had a "goal" and after 5 months of playing tabs online without any teacher/instructions you didn't achieve it and now you're discouraged from ever touching it again.
The most successful adult students I've had are the ones that enjoy the journey and not have an unrealistic destination. Play simple songs and ENJOY what you're doing in the moment because that's what's going to keep you playing and not just quit the second that reality sets in.
