Today’s #mtgtrivia question:
In Dragon’s Maze, how many cards are Dragons or create Dragon creature tokens?
Answer to yesterday’s #mtgtrivia:
“Draw your library.”
You had to discard so many cards, and you lost on your next turn to having an empty library, so we added some words to make it better.

Today’s #mtgtrivia question:
Enter the infinite started in design with only three words of rules text. What was it?
Answer to yesterday’s #mtgtrivia question:
The uncommon is Coerced Confession. The rare is Biovisionary.
If you’re at #NYCC and you’re interested in meeting me, I’m doing a meet and greet at the Wizards booth at 2:00 pm.

The panel went well. I even got a book to read.

I’m so excited for you all to see this.
Today’s #mtgtrivia question:
Two cards in Gatecrash have the word “four” in their rules text. One is uncommon and one is rare. What are their names?
Answer to yesterday’s #mtgtrivia question:
I noticed we’d done one-color charms and there-color charms, but not two-color. So I put them in the file and informed Ken.
Also, shoutout to Saffron Olive for his early access stream where he played a Jace, Reality Sculptor deck, because the interaction between him and Jace's Machinations is the thing that convinced me it was possible to activate this ability at all.
additional turn in the last round, I actually would've been able to caster her a third time and to ultimate Jace Reality Sculptor on the same turn. Didn't really win me anything (Emrakul came too late to change anything) but being able to do those wild things in a prerelease was really cool!
The first booster I opened contained the Jace/Tam pair and Jace's Machinations, and the second booster had Emrakul in it, so I wanted to play them both, even if I thought it was unrealistic to cast her or activate Jace's last ability. I managed to cast Emrakul twice, and if I had one more...
Today’s #mtgtrivia question:
In Gatecrash, I put in a cycle and then said to Ken Nagle, the design lead for Return to Ravnica, “Just a heads up, I’m putting in this cycle. Maybe you want to too.” And he did. What was the cycle?
Answer to #mtgtrivia question:
Gatecrash started something I would do a lot, co-lead design teams with designers to help train them. I co-led Gatecrash with Mark Gottlieb.
Today’s #mtgtrivia question:
Gatecrash was the first time I did something as a design lead. What was it?
