Depends. My usual process is: 1) Roughs 2) Body layer (red) 3) Clothes layer (blue) 4) Facial features (red) 5) Props and other items (usually blue though occasionally a contrasting colour). Now having said that some drawings get multiple body, clothes, facial, prop layers depending on complexity.

That would be the clean lines version. I guarantee the original sketchy is veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery ...not clean. 😁
