update: i got a friend helping me out and i have done a BUNCH of shit so far. i'll keep y'all updated.

MY PC FUCKED ITSELF for context: i went into my BIOS (b450m a ii) earlier to lower the voltage of my CPU (r5 5500) because it said it was running at 1.550v. once i restarted my PC, there was no signal but the LED and fans turned on. i tried a CMOS reset, flashing the BIOS, nothing worked. HELP
