there isnt a government bureau that goes to those buildings and checks in on what they are doing. every now and then you will see one shut down on the news but its almost always for running scam farms. not propaganda. the main issue is the traffic from a cia bot farm and gru farm looks the same

there are bot farms all over the world. there are dozens maybe hundreds of bot farms in dallas tx alone for example. they are run out of commercial buildings not data centers. you dont need a server for a bot farm you need a hundred cell phones all wired into a central cpu. and there isnt regulation
