Having a lot of what I’ll call SOMO (sadness on missing out) around BLFC. A lot of my friends are there, I really want to spend time with them (and maybe make new friends)… and I can’t justify the time off work right now. We’re crunched for time and it would be deeply irresponsible of me. ><

24/7 yes. While the window is open… feels kinda like a waste? But maybe if it was blocking as much of the window as possible so the air into the room had to go through the filter… better. You’d have to make a seal though.

The thing that really got me to start doing it was someone smarter than me telling me that it was anti community to only give care and not allow myself to receive it, because it has to go both ways and I was depriving people I loved the chance to help me. I got mentally judo'd so hard lol

As someone who did permanent damage to their hands by not listening to when their body was telling them to take breaks (albeit from typing, not art): Listen to your body. <3 Any amount of recurring pain, no matter how small, needs to be investigated.
