Well, Saturday & your time to be calmed, be soothed, be peaceful, be restful, be comforting, be tranquil, be gentle, and rejuvenate! So? I say do it all. Include your friends & your special peeps. Have a blast. Let’s go! Be careful. Be safe. Be shiny. Be glimmer. Be you to the full. Take no shit.

THIS TOO, SHALL PASS When things are bad, remember: It won't always be this way. Take one day at a time. When things are good, remember: It won't always be this way. Enjoy every great moment.

Good Morning 📚♥️

As a teacher, I’ve read several books being banned. *video atrached

This mama started reading to her babies & now all four love books.

#Banningbooks limits children’s knowledge of subjects they may never encounter otherwise.

Protect their right to learn & read.

Women supporting women isn’t just something we say. It’s something we live 💜

We can disagree. We can have boundaries. We can stand our ground. But we can still lead with kindness and respect.

That’s what empowerment means to me.

Imagine being a child in the hospital and looking out your window to see an entire football stadium waving at you. 🥹❤️

This is the Hawkeye Wave at the University of Iowa, a beautiful tradition since 2017 for the children at UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

More Perfect Union: In her statement on the ICE shooting in New York, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez specifically called out Target to demand the mega-corporation stop allowing ICE to stage paramilitary raids from its parking lots.

I second the motion on the floor.
