@tigbun.bsky.socialI just really need to be me. Us. Whatever is deep under all the layers of what makes us up. A simple creature. No big complex things to worry about. Just playing games with friends and laughing at movies. Holding hands and kissing and maybe more. To accept I could use a bit of pampering and care.

But I need the occasional release and assurance. I need the permission to relax and let go. I need distraction rather than always looking toward a goal.
@tigbun.bsky.socialIt was easier as a kid. You wanted Nintendo and then the next newer Nintendo or something like that. You got conditioned to want things. But when you are in the country it is hard to make friends and have them come visit. You start to realize isolation and games don't make you happy. Friends do.

I rather spend time with people and see them smile. You sure? I... Maybe. Maybe I can be assured I am doing well. Maybe I can ask for what I really need.
