As long as we live, we will never encounter anyone in our lifetime who lies as often, as brazenly and as transparently as Trump does.

And that's why I'm not optimistic for a good outcome. Every day I read about a new GOP plot to fix the election in their favor, or even cancelling it outright - thanks to a fictitious "national emergency". I'm expecting the worst but hoping for the best. And I'll be only too glad to be wrong.

That "premise" being voter fraud. The slogan for the Nazi party was "Accuse the other size of that which you are guilty." GOP is lying about voter fraud - all the while attempting to cause voter fraud - because they know they have no prayer without the powers of nonstop lies and lawlessness.

Just to expand on my last sentence: There's nothing more dangerous than a cornered animal. The GOP has nothing to run on compared to Dems, so their only resort is to cheat to prevent people from voting Dem. From the SAVE act, to seizing machines, to anti-mail voting. And all under a false premise.

I'm not as optimistic about a blue wave as many. Why? Almost all Republicans have taken Trump's "lie about everything & deny the evidence of your own eyes" strategy, & ran with it. And millions of gullible, bigoted rubes lapped it up. If the wave happens, GOP will find ways to prevent the transfer.

I voted straight Democrat ticket. If you're voting Republican, it means you want more of: * Diseases like measles to run unchecked * Voter suppression * Rampant bigotry * A theocracy * A crazy, demented, lying despot who has no plan to help Americans * A forever war Easiest choice ever.
