Yes, but those were human made tools that required a ton of research and were often a product of the community's knowledge, etc. Always required a ton of effort. This is a slippery slope and I don't think we should welcome it in on the basis that were already using tools to help find strats.

It seems like most people aren't willing to go full ban. And I always try to say if you give someone an inch they'll take a mile, argue with you on every ruling etc etc. Sure people are going to lie about how much AI they use, but I'd easily much rather ban it outright and deal with that than not

As far as "modders" go for Miitopia, it's really just myself and a few other people throughout the years. While this is impossible to enforce in a larger community, I'm doing what I can as a game manager on GB and hoster of all the resources.

Anyways its a really niche community but Miitopia Modding community bans AI content now on gamebanana.

The pokemon RS in gen 5 one looks like actual garbage. Every sprite is scaled horribly. The 3D models for the world look absolutely terrible. And yet. It's already zooming up the upvotes and im sure there will be videos & articles about it tomorrow. I just want it to stop already

I've seen a lot of programmers really disrespect themselves thinking that genAI is "fine" when it comes to coding or w/e because it's not "art" Programming is an art. It requires creativity. And you're literally programming graphics, it's visual art. It's just art. It counts. AI coding is AI "art"
