Wim Wenders appeared in my creative life as I began to express myself in photography, poetry, theatre and film. His form and expression blew me away. From Alice in the Cities to Wings of Desire he is the epitome of my spiritual journey.
Early stroll. Maybe that streetlight wants to change places with that star. My shadow and me: nearly a song title. Hello, silent hill. The horse is not there: horse-lack. A cat leaps over a high wall, almost flying for a moment.

Early stroll. A fallen leafās soft shadow. The moon is somewhere behind this drizzle. A PUBLIC FOOTPATH sign points to darkness. Green lights garland that old tree. A black cat in an upstairs window.

Early stroll. Stars tell their ancient stories. Shall I count all these fallen leaves? Maybe tomorrow. The waiting lad with the bag waits with his bag. Morning peeps through a broken bus shelter roof. The shining currency of streetlights.

Early stroll. Drizzle drizzles drizzily. The confidence of a new wall. A leaf autumnfalls on my head. Three ladders on a truckās back. A hi-vis man unloads bread from a van.

You arrive and set up in the dark. And then you wait for the window. Just a few moments where the light is golden (silver in my case) as it hits the rock. Light, always light. And preparation, preparation, preparationā¦
Oh man. I had no idea. Sending love brother.
