Why weren't they doing this to begin with? I worked in a lab and in production networks at AT&T. We never allowed traffic to flow out of the lab into the production network. It's not that hard to do. wtf!!?

On the flip side, someone is paying sci/tech influencers to push the narrative that AI is going to destroy us all. I smell a grift that is coming from these companies that are on the verge of a massive AI bubble bursting and a massive blue wave in the midterms. Actually 'blackmail' is a better term.
