yeah!! He was very sweet in person 💕 I brought this to Viv too and had her sign it because she reposted it 🥰 So when Brandon read it, I thought he'd look at this comic and laugh, but his reaction where he looked at it sadly made me a little worried 👀

arguing & getting angry has only forced him further to retreat. that's all i can say from experience with mine. now he isolates from everyone other than my mom, & his future worries me a lot. my love for him never stops but because of his lifestyle, he's a stunted adult. i hope urs figures it out 🙏

I believe he's pulled away from me too because he thinks my frustration with him gets in the way of him thinking i can understand him. he doesn't open up with me, but honestly I don't either. it's impossible to. he doesn't understand how life works, so talking to him is just "...remember this?"

everyone needs a little help sometimes, but he has to help himself first. it's gone on for so long for him that now im just worried about him. i still love him a lot, but his refusal to help himself has created a resentment in me. so now we're no longer in our lives and it hurts.

it's a painful feeling. the last time i saw him, the frustration with him was too much and i spoke like this to him but worse. ive learnt that yelling and arguing solves nothing. my parents support him, but they're getting older and terrified he won't cope without them, and i am too.
