Trying to think if there’s a Transformers Haslab that’d actually get me onboard. I don’t think I “need” a Primus and they kind of implied this would be a pricier one, and I dunno who else would need a bigger price point than the 300 and whatever the last couple have been.

Absolutely. I’m very excited to build out a more Legends compatible DCU and put my Classics to pasture.

That’s pretty much why I got him and Gambit. But it’s gonna be wait for sales/clearances on MCU going forward for sure.

I know he was shitty during the strike a few years ago.

I’m very ready to replace my old Classics stuff and have largely avoided McFarlane just due to scale. So I’ll be going pretty hard with whatever Mattel has cooking here, especially given what we’ve seen so far.

Yeah, I doubt I’ll spend less, just more of it will be going to smaller companies. And the DC stuff . . .

Debating ditching Black Series entirely, or going to only clearance on it. Trim where I can on Legends. Feels safe to let anything that’s not a maybe wait for markdown.

It sucks. I’m not sure what it’ll mean for my collecting going forward yet, but something’s gotta give.

All of the above, and yeah, the news is already out on Black Series, so I can’t imagine Legends will be any different.

Almost as played out as Chekov’s Gum.

Yeah, normal (though long lived and super strong) dude in an Adamantium shell. Which is how Genesis killed him by having mutant beetles eat all the organic bits out so he could use the adamantium for Wolverine. Like eating just the cheese out of a mozzarella stick. Cyber got better though.

All in, full price multiples of at least one of the non army builders . . .

Walmart exclusive. I think the entire SF movie line will be.

Hey California! Be careful this election because the big money creeps are trying to trick you (again).

I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced.

So my exercise bike viewing for the last couple weeks has been Armor Hunter Mellowlink. Late 80s OVA series set in the Votoms universe. It’s good stuff, lone soldier taking on mechs for reasons that become clear as the series goes on. 12 eps, some cool ideas, and the Votoms design is an all timer.
