@freefoxragu.bsky.socialOh gosh, I'm so sorry to hear you had to deal with threat like that too! It's interesting, my first family member who got diagnosed (and made my family realize autism exists) also didnt speak for much later, it's what led everyone question it first.
@freefoxragu.bsky.socialI didnt even get ADHD diagnose just because I didnt interrupt the teacher and I sat in my seat when told. My option as a kid was either do what grownups say or get fisical punishment. At least I got ADD so that s better than nothing
