I read about it and it's somewhat chequered history and was immediately drawn to it. I love 'sad' Frank so it is up there with Only The Lonely, In The Wee Small Hours and A Man Alone for me ... I'll check out the album with Jobim, thanks

It never did Mark, such grace and elegance

Thursday 9th September 2021. Françoise Hardy 🎶 🇫🇷 ❤️ 📸 Jean Marie Perier

I'm the same Rich. Early stuff for me although the tracks he played from his new album were decent. Confident guy though starting the show with probably his most well known songs

Saw Joe Jackson live recently. I'm not a big fan but he was very good. For an encore he played "Scary Monsters and Super Creeps" ⚡️

I watched a bit of that last night ... The Walker Brothers on The Vera Lynn Show Slik on Crackerjack You don't get match ups like that these days 😂😂

Another good choice 🍂🍁🍂 I need to listen to EBTG more often

😂👏👏👏👏

That is indeed especially the title track 🍂🍁. I've been listening to The Clientele, Beth Gibbons, David Sylvian and Bridget St John this week. Always my entry points into autumn.

That sounds like a day that will be well spent, Jayne 🎶🍂🍁🍂

Good lads in there 👍

Can't have too much of a good thing Drew! 🔥

She's a little dink, Shirley 😻

You and me both, Des ...

It is getting crazy Rich. I've loaded some onto my discogs collection only an hour ago, prices between £40-60... unreal mate but folk are paying that. New 7's are being sold at between £16-20 not alot less than albums. I've moved further and further away from 7's unless it is something very special

Crazy money, 7 singles for £400!! I know they were Peels but.... I picked up a lovely copy of Neil Young's debut album from the John Peel collection for £35, much more realistic
