Took Bill for a walk round Tortworth lake. Last time this year it’s open to the public. Opens again next year. First Sunday each month February to October. Tea,coffee,soft drinks and cakes available for after a stroll.

Watching an old Timeteam on YouTube. That theme tune gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. As a kid I’d watch it each week with my dad. He’s no longer alive. But that tune just brings memories flooding back.

I got an old Murphy Richard’s one, I can add all the ingredients at night set the timer then when you get up there’s a warm fresh loaf waiting for you. Also sun dried tomato bread is amazing.
