Mixed feelings! If one accepts that ESBL cUTI/pyelo frequently lacks a reliable oral transition therapy— particularly given IDSA’s non-support of fosfomycin for cUTI/pyelo & its limited reliability against Klebsiella pneumoniae(fosA) — then tebipenem is a good antibiotic- oral Erta ,better than OPAT
