Just in time for the holiday season.
Frights from the Never-Ending Reading Pile October 11th Nonsense Scary Tales #24
As I watch the final episode of Lanterns, it dawns on me maybe I would have enjoyed it more if William Dozier, or a close approximation, did the opening and closing narration for each episode.

Ultimately, the dog's fine and I'll be happy if I can go another thirty-five years without seeing him.
Don't think I didn't have memories of him and one of his buddies zapping each other with a stun gun as he examined my dog. Fortunately, I don't think he recognized me. Although, my wife asked if our past acrimony was the reason the vet trip was going to be so expensive.
I suspect a good portion of my trepidation about my dog's extended vet stay involved recognizing the initial vet who examined her. Thirty-five years ago to say we could not stand each other would have been an understatement. Definitely the epitome of the type of person I disliked then and now.

And if the Menagerie is playing on PlutoTV’s Star Trek channel, you know Conscience of the King is right around the corner.
As I watch the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds prequel/sequel “The Menagerie”, I find myself wondering if anyone truly has a favorite Captain Pike

I don't know if I ever found out how this was eventually resolved; however, I think I am okay with that. It's right up there with Iceman's out of control powers in the midst of X-Factor.
