All three major international credit ratings have now affirmed Australia’s AAA credit rating since the Budget, with Moody's and S&P confirming this in the last two months as well.

Commencements and completions are both up in these figures but were both falling when we came to office. Dwelling commencements were up 7% in the June quarter to be 14.4% higher in annual terms, and completions were up 5.8% in the quarter to be 15.9% higher in annual terms.
