The documentary series on the I Player is called The Drugs Map of Britain.

This gas & drive thing is a menace where I live, caught someone parked across my drive doing it as brazen as anything. Watch the documentary about it (Britain's drug problem I think it's called) on BBC I Player, it's an eye opener.
