We finished our campaign today, & now Emmeline joins the pantheon of PCs that I will forever carry with me. In a world where people feel alone & disconnected, BtSE made me feel connected to my friends, characters, & women of the past in way that we could use more of.

But also... it was still a playtest and I have to look at it with clear eyes and all the work ahead to fix what needs to be fixed and improve what ought to be improved and just FINISH and it all just feels like an awful lot! So I will put it away today and look at it with fresh eyes after a break

For one thing, the big emotions at the end of any campaign! We spent months on this and it was beautiful! And now we've said farewell to the characters and the world for the time being and it's bittersweet! And I'm so grateful for my friends and all their help in making this happen!
