My injury and the depression after really set me back. But days like this I really feel like I can pull myself out of this physical hole. Im still in constant discomfort but I'm learning my new limits and coping with it.

I was a little sore this morning but I powered though some stretches and worked on projects and cleaning without feeling worse. I had my icepack nap but I'm still just WOW to be human again!!

I worked on a project Saturday and I felt pretty sore after that because I needed to work on the floor. But I recovered enough to get through the job work day and even did dishes that night which at this point is a pretty big deal for me.

Oh man I never thought I would take doing more than 1 strenuous thing a day for granted but I just had a pretty busy and nice day at home and my brain is SO FUCKING HYPED UP!!!!!! I keept having to force myself to take breaks.
