@unitdwolf.bsky.socialI dunno. I've been burned by people not doing work or doing bad work before. Its a fact of life for just about every business. Moreso now than ever before. Running into the jaws of a plagiarism machine designed to steal all the human labor ever isn't even on my radar of responses.
@unitdwolf.bsky.social"bad experiences" and these motherfuckers are straight up outing themselves as the shittiest clients that EVERY artist has horror stories about.
@unitdwolf.bsky.social"If I wasn't supposed to eat the purple guy behind the counter he shouldn't have looked so edible. I'm not paying for this!"
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialI think so too. Im honestly not sure how I got here. Especially since I'm the only employee without a degree.
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialThis is what working is supposed to be like? Not being hounded by a bunch of petty dickheads nonstop to do dumb shit that isn't in my job description? Management that wants me to go the fuck home at the end of the day? HR that explicitly forbids me taking my company phone home so I don't WFH?
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialIt's...weird. Working a job with downtime and NOT being hounded to keep busy. Explicitly being told "if you needed to be micromanaged I wouldn't have hired you" as a compliment was wild.
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialHis loss. Personally I think it's on par with Reach.
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialMan the new Gears is so damn good. I've been marathoning that game for the past three days. The tone, the environmental design and storytelling, the gunplay and cover elements are all so dang smooth. It's super worth the price of admission.
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialAww, thanks Rey!
@ator.bsky.socialReposted by @unitdwolf.bsky.social@unitdwolf.bsky.socialNo worries! And thank you!
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialIt was a busy day, haha.
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialI wanna thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday! It really means a lot. Sorry I didn't get to respond to everyone. It was a busy day!
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialIt is the waffest of days
@unitdwolf.bsky.socialThanks!
