@squidschool.bsky.socialReposted by @gemthesquid.bsky.socialI'm not getting better than my god RNG from the PB, but if video games have taught me anything, it's that determination and the power of friendship win the god MU twitch.tv/squid_school and youtube.com/squidschool/...
@gemthesquid.bsky.socialI must be learning from all the speedrunning. I haven't touched bottomless in weeks, possibly months, but I just picked it up at a point where I was failing multiple times per clear and have pushed further down without dropping a floor yet
@gemthesquid.bsky.socialYeah, that's one of those fast break routes, not a main full team special push kind of route. Something you threaten to move the defense, maybe something you can cheese for lead with a vac, something you take when they're wiped because it's shorter, that kind of idea. Same as right on Mako

@squidschool.bsky.socialReposted by @gemthesquid.bsky.socialI'm leading a team in a speedrun race run by @ethanstone.bsky.social ! I know the run, and I'll be teaching it to my team as we go. twitch.tv/squid_school and youtube.com/squidschool/...
@gemthesquid.bsky.socialMaaan that really sucks. Hope they're doing something to make it up to you
@floramerigold.bsky.socialReposted by @gemthesquid.bsky.socialYesterday's news about Jacob Geller broke my heart, so much that I couldn't stop dwelling on it all day. In an effort to make sense of this horrific news and my admittedly complicated feelings about it, here is my article on the Jacob Geller situation:

@achtonic.whiprays.comReposted by @gemthesquid.bsky.socialCommentators, you must acknowledge failures as much as great plays. It’s not mean, it’s exciting. So much fun comes from “oh no” moments as a spectator. Trust your judgement and be emotionally invested in the players’ success.
@gemthesquid.bsky.socialIs this Allegro's doing?
@gemthesquid.bsky.socialOk but even calling this a "weapon"... We must remember, our game is very silly
@eeri-stripes.bsky.socialReposted by @gemthesquid.bsky.sociali cant help but find it funny in splatoon when people will refer to any and all weapons as "gun" and u look at it and it's just
