Quick and dirty mapo tofu, using the mince left over from yesterday's chilli con carne. Such a flavour bomb for something that takes about 15 minutes! Just needs an ice cold lager and I'm in heaven.

It's only 2 weeks ago that I got back from Sevilla, and temperatures in the mid 30s. But I had to wear a hat to pop to the shops last night, and I think that really brought it home to me. That said, trees are mostly still green here, so it feels more autumnal than it looks.

What fresh hell is this!?

36 hours after leaving the house I'm back home. And yet we've had a day and a half in Belfast! Packed in the sights, and the pubs, walked for miles - but with a 34 minute flight from NCL, it's not felt like a mad rush. Would definitely do it again! But fucking knackered now 🥱

This is an excellent book!
