Its about time I make a new pinned... Hi I'm crayonsquadlilac but You can just call me Lilac i make stuff i have a bunch of characters (most part of their own stories and worlds and stuff) and also a fakemon project i do stuff for sometimes and also regular fanart 2!! Yeah you get the idea. Sona ref

On the left, big writing saying "Paper Dragon" with smaller writing under saying "A paper craft project come to life via mysterious force..." and big drawing of the character, a purple & pink toony simplified dragon, made of square & triangle segments, with light blue limbs. Some writing says "do NOT worry about the amount of segments they actually have it is NOT consistent", "the same thing about the segments goes for the width of the limbs", and a drawing of them with all their wings spread out, which are shredded and torn at the ends to look cool. On the right, many drawings and writings showing how they work in 3D space, they are technically made of flat pieces of paper, but they rotate in order to appear more 3D from whatever perspective, and they can change their size too. The limbs & face are lines drawn that can stretch and curve and have no bones inside or anything. Also, they have a big pencil sometimes. Finally, to the furthest right, there are a bunch of doodles of them showing different facial expressions, first neutral, then concerned, confused, happy, and afraid.

the whole "using references is cheating" thing has baffled me for years; no art instructor or formal art education I have ever had ever insinuated you shouldn't use references so where this opinion even came from is a mystery anyway for the love of god please use references your art will improve

This month’s sticker design for Patreon!

Medieval style rendering of Godzilla in front of a cloud of smoke and fire, with text written in red gothic letters that says “Go ahead and destroy the data centers, Godzilla. Make the people happy.”

They have not stocked up enough food nor properly rationed it and thus they will not survive the winter

A doodle page of the characters Chrys and Monster. In the top left, Monster is drawn next to the texpost "thanks for being nice to me. In return i will die for you and never leave your side and go grocery shopping with you", saying it to Chrys. Under that is a short little comic thing, where Chrys, looking mildly concerned asks "Wait what was that first thing?" Monster replies "thanks for being nice to-?" Chrys interrupts with "-No, the other thing-" "Never leave your side?" "No-" "Go grocery shopping with-" "Monster-" looking mildly frustrated,, Chrys says "the *dying* thing? Don't die??" "But like, for you-" "NO??? I don't want you to die??? I like you???" "But-" "MONSTER."

On the bottom left there is a texpost doodle of them next to text messages. Chrys sends "Love you", Monster sends "Love you to (heart emoji)," "Chrys sends "Good night," Monster sends "Good night, Rest In Peace," Chrys sends "Please don't say that to anybody," Monster sends "Ok", looking embarrassed.

On the top right there is a little doodle where Monster says "ChrysGPT please generate me a" before being cut off by Chrys reaching toward them upset saying "Don't you dare finish that sentence I swear to god"

In the right middle there is a texpost doodle, Chrys says "Why do those people with small oranges always force you to have one," looking inquisitive, and Monster says "Because they love you" with a tearful distraught face.

On the botton righht, there is a doodle where Chrys and Monster are sitting next to eachother and Monster has fallen asleep and fell and is leaning on Chrys, who looks annoyed and is thinking "Not again..." but a note under that indicates she actually doesn't mind. Then there is a doodle where they are standing next to eachotherawkwardly and both looking to the right as if having seen something over there, Chrys is holding a clipboard and Monster has their hands up and forked tongue sticking out.

8) Jumalan Pelko. Absolutely devastating horror comic about cats that have formed a cult around an entity they call God. Big warning for gore and death and other stuff. A story about religious trauma, with beautiful artwork to tell it. Read it on jumalanpelko.thecomicseries.com/comics/1/#co...
