I'm very grateful to see this excellent commentary by Meredith Rosenthal accompanying the paper. A great summary of the key issues. 2/2 jamanetwork.com/journals/jam...
Our new paper on the physician fee schedule took more person-hours of research work than any other journal publication I've worked on.
The study summarizes thousands of regressions we ran to provide some empirical and conceptual tools for fee schedule reforms. jamanetwork.com/journals/jam... 1/2
