i'm very upset you can't directly manipulate actors btw rotate the sprite, scale the sprite, yadda yadda, you truly can only do it with picture manipulation (or scripting if you can code)

turns out you can do a lot more with picture manipulation in RPGVXACE than i thought initially there was a mechanic i was going to make using actors, but as it turns out, i have way more free range with what i can do with pictures instead
