There is a light in every dark situation. Sure it turned out great for him, but what about the people who actually DIED because they delayed treatment by avoiding debilitating ambulance cost? Having to pay for a legitate ambulance trip is a bad system.

Yeah.... It's a good point to say not every old approach is automaticially better. And doing things the hard way for hards sake is not smart either. Digital indexes are definitely better. Tho more local ones without dependency on big companies would be great.
