Eclectic Clay Shop Update - Friday, July 24th, 9am ET!

The shop updates this Friday with the first Batch of Bobs, Gummy Werm Dessert Gardens, and Pride Eel Plant Stakes.

Each piece is handmade with love and no small amount of obsession to detail.

Progress on @dmacalvert.bsky.social's Viking Bear; definitely rusty on my anthro figures, and capes....ugh.

Still, I like his big beefy arms.

Work in progress clay sculpture of a very large anthropomorphic grizzly with massive arms and very little legs. It is dressed like a viking with a leather belt, blue leather-trimmed tunic, and purple cape. The sculpture is incomplete, having no hands or head, but posed as if about to swing a weapon.

After what feels like a million setbacks and minor disasters, I've finished this 9 cat commission! Bless this customer; their patience and kindness throughout was incredible, and I will genuinely never forget it.

9 clay cat ornaments in a variety of colors and poses. 8 sit on a work table with wire loops atop their heads. The ninth, the only black cat, is posed so its paws wrap around as though clinging to a branch, and it wears a Santa hat and a scarf colored like streaky bacon.

Bruce Coville is going to be at one of our local book shops. I've got to get this signed; I've had it since elementary school, and it's definitely at least partly why I wanted to be an artist.

A well-worn copy of Jeremy Thatcher, Dragon Hatcher, a book by Bruce Coville. The Trash Kingdom grows with a skunk knight (I want to tweak them a bit, but color will help) and a pigeon bishop.
