I've been off social media for months, so I'll re-introduce myself. I'm Joe, and I'm left-wing. I don't find quibbling over the labels "populist," "progressive," "leftist," etc. constructive. I think concrete actions speak much louder than words. I love the Biden family. Joe deserved better.

Happy early birthday! Holding out hope that you're right and that voters, finally, have gotten the message that the GOP are lying, corrupt snake oil salesmen.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 11, 2026, 12:54 PM

CNN and Jubilee were both bad enough on their own, lol. But together?! Using a would-be debate as a town hall is smart nevertheless.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 11, 2026, 12:52 PM

The thing is, the bar for Paxton is incredibly low. All Paxton would have to do is call Talarico a "radical communist," lie his ass off about "James want[ing] trans for everyone!", and maybe throw in some white-replacement theory BS. His would-be voters would love it, unfortunately.

"Just his personality." - Brick Tamland, CNN's star reporter Yeah, I think it's a bunch of malarkey, too. He's probably auditioning for post-Ellison CNN and/or Faux News/Newsmax/CBS. He'd be more at home at such an outlet: he can don his pocket square while interviewing Trump by text.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 10, 2026, 11:48 PM

Omg, so cute!

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 10, 2026, 9:14 PM

Yeah, I agree. What are you doing about it, Senator, other than performatively berating tech CEO's? I used to have so much respect for her. After she cowardly and despicably knifed Joe Biden in the back, I'm done with her. If Joe's too old, so is she. Retire and go away. (Same with Pelosi.)

I hope that this author enjoys Trump, because people like them making unqualified medical diagnoses based on their opinions of an old man's stutter is the reason Trump (Epstein's BFF) is president. BTW, Trump *falls asleep* in public almost every damn press briefing. Thanks for doing PR for him.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 11:30 PM

The author, unironically, missed the broader point of their article -- something I've been screaming for almost 2 years now: Democrats lose because they knife each other in the back. Stop fucking knifing each other in the back. Stop promoting bullshit narratives: fight back against them.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 11:29 PM

How can a columnist who claims to be serious print this? The article argues that Dems should stop belittling VP Harris. I agree. The author then goes on to belittle and slander Joe Biden. Fuck off. There was no "decline." Why do people feel so confident making unqualified medical diagnoses?

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 11:25 PM

While I agree, the author has zero problem belittling Biden with this horseshit: "...a reminder of muddled priorities and the malpractice of refusing to face the devastating reality of a man’s decline happening in plain sight." Democrats need to stop knifing each other in the back.

Ana has been wrong on a lot recently, so this is hardly surprising coming from her. I feel like she would be a lot happier on Newsmax/Faux News/OAN. Cenk has clearly been trying to shift TYT further toward "enlightened centrism" in order to keep her onboard. Was it worth it, Cenk?

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 3:41 PM

The reason I don't feel the Ossoff hype and will never support him. Dems lose because they knife each other in the back and amplify horseshit GOP narratives. The PSA bro's have a direct financial interest in the GOP winning, so I bet they were thrilled the RNC almost instantly clipped this.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 3:33 PM

I'm really going to need Dem to - for even just 5 minutes - stop self-flagellating. If Dems didn't knife each other in the back constantly, they'd be able to own and defend that Biden was an objectively better president than Trump on every metric. They'd be able to run on his record.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 3:27 PM

No, the Supreme Court refused to remove him from the ballot. In what fucking world do you think that Biden/Harris had any control whatsoever over who appears on the ballot? Presidents have zero constitutional authority to direct the DOJ. Hope that helps.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 3:24 PM

Nope, this never happened.

Information is free and easily accessible in 2026.

You gave away the entire astroturfed game by using "Democrat' as an adjective, lol. You must really think people are stupid. What you're saying is complete BS. Did you forget that Biden won? If it was so easy for Trump to beat him, why in the fuck didn't he?

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 3:06 PM

Can Dems stop self-flagellating for just 5 minutes? It's BS. Joe had every right to run." Tell me your favorite unnamed, anonymous source in the Tapper book. Try to find one who hasn't been discredited. Trump is an adjudicated rapist who tried to steal an election: *he* shouldn't have run.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 3:03 PM

1. He did. How did that work out? 2. The debate had record low views. Polls only moved b/c of the month-long circular firing squad. 3. Joe was sick and his voice raspy. People who read the transcript said he won. 4. Trump was *far worse* but, unlike Dems, his party didn't circle the wagons.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 4:09 AM

Collins kept lying about "Bidenomics" being the cause of inflation, and from what I see in the transcript, Ossoff didn't rebut it once. Why the fuck is it so difficult for Dems to defend Biden's (incredibly good) record? People in my feed keep praising Ossoff, but I remain unimpressed.

@atrociousatgames.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 2:07 AM

Oh ya, Matt, because religiosity most certainly equates to moral purity. There isn't a horrific history of war and conflict attributed directly to competing religious factions trying to compel people to follow one religion. I'm a Catholic myself, but this is a crock of shit.
