Investigative journalists found that the Scottish Government was lobbied by industry to use the phrase ‘green data centre’.
The government must ensure the views of communities are listened to, not just lobbyists. #FMQs

It was a pleasure to be in Glasgow at the unveiling of the Nelson Mandela Statue. While Thatcher’s UK Government labelled Mandela a terrorist, Glasgow gave support, and in 1981 awarded Mandela the Freedom of the City. This statue is a permanent symbol of the struggle against Apartheid.
This week I urged the First Minister to ensure communities are at the heart of decision-making on the huge data centre applications that are under consideration across Scotland.
Men should stop telling women what they can and cannot wear. Women’s safety must never be used as an excuse to fuel racism and division.

How do the Scottish Greens plan to respond to a changing Labour Party? Editor Laura Webster ran into party co-leader Gillian Mackay at the English and Welsh Green Conference, where she expressed scepticism over the 'Burnham Bounce'
Good luck to @zackpolanski.bsky.social and @greenparty.org.uk today.
Holborn and St Pancras can make history by electing Zack to Westminster.
Be bold. Vote Green! 💚
Price caps are already common in European competitions and in the English Premiership, and there's no reason for Scotland to be any different.
Kemi Badenoch’s threat to strip Holyrood of powers shows what the Tories think of Scotland’s democracy. When people reject them their answer is to threaten the powers of the Parliament we elect. Russell Findlay needs to say whether he opposes this threat and what he intends to do about it.
The typical household gas bill has gone up by 33% since April. Clean renewable energy generation is Scotland's best path to energy security and lower bills.
Today I asked the Government for assurances for workers after Syngenta announced last week that 377 jobs in Grangemouth are at risk. This comes just a little over a year after the firm received more than £2 million in Scottish Enterprise funding.
This is another devastating blow for workers and the local community.
Grangemouth is my home, and I am concerned about what this will mean if it goes ahead.
I will work to make sure that there is a good outcome and support for workers impacted by Syngenta’s decision.
Now more than ever, it's important to have a reliable and cheap public transport system.
We need a nationwide £2 bus fare cap to immediately help households cut their day-to-day spending!
The Scottish Government must be transparent about what role Scottish officers played, what resources were committed, and whether they think this agreement is appropriate.
This march was designed to spread tensions and hatred, and to intimidate the community and families who live there. Scotland should not be providing policing resources for sectarian events like this that are called to inflame tensions.
A reminder that the term "green data centre" has not been defined, and the industry itself cannot be trusted to do so.
A nationwide £2 bus cap must be implemented 'immediately' to help families manage rising fuel prices – the Scottish Greens have said
If a company has profited from apartheid and genocide, it should not be profiting from public money here in Scotland. The Scottish Government has the power to take action now - there must be no delays.
Andy Burnham is set to support Saudi Arabia's barbaric bombing campaign in Yemen. Yemen has already faced one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world, with famine, cholera outbreaks and the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent people. This is a shameful decision.
Democracy isn't a one time event. So why do unionist politicians keep telling the people Scotland, that they can't have a say on Scotland's future?
There are global players who are very willing to undermine the confidence we are trying to provide the public with. My Safe Access Zones Act faced huge misinformation and it took a full parliament chamber to challenge that. To continue to make progress, we must challenge again!
