@reverendgenes.com.auCan't see why there would be? Our tank's pump's powered by house solar/battery, with grid back up. The tank has a valve/switch that flips to town water when the tank's low. We don't currently use a drip system, but one's on the list. Check YouTube for sure. Soneone will be doing what you want.
@reverendgenes.com.auCheck out DIY drip systems on YoyTube to get ideas. Save water and get water where it's needed. If the system ran on a solar powered timer & water pump then after set up costs, tank watering would essentially be free to run.
@reverendgenes.com.auWe have a 5000L rain water tank, plus town water. We are also on the coast & get decent rain. So water is not a big issue. We do mulch with sugar cane in summer to minimise evaporation. Solar powered timers & drippers should help to get the most out of the available water.
@reverendgenes.com.auYep! Aside from the potatoes. Honestly growing is pretty easy. We have somewhere around 80 square metres of raised boxes that we grow food in. But just converting lawn to garden would work too. If it's easy to grow, not much wants to eat it, & it tastes good they that's our kind of food. 😍
@reverendgenes.com.auDone. Scammers sure get views quick when they steal from popular accounts. All platforms have issues. But those owned by #Suckerberg and #Swasticar stand out. They should be regulated & made to clean up the scams, crime, abuse, misinformation, & conspiracy that is at the centre of what they do. ⚖️
@reverendgenes.com.auHey @develations.bsky.social ya'll be right next door. Maitland. Newy. Lake Mac. Awabakal. 🐨
@reverendgenes.com.auBackyard stuff for dinner. TBH the potatoes are from the shops. 🌱🌏
@reverendgenes.com.auFor folks outside of Australia and The Commonwealth. US Forces is a song endorsed by the Australian Labor Party. A song from within. A song that represents the hope of millions who vote for Labor & voted for @albomp.bsky.social to do the the right thing. #AusPol #NoAUKUS #Peace 🇦🇺 ☮️ 🎸
@reverendgenes.com.auGood question. The majority of dodgy plagiarists don't end up leading misleadingly named, extremist, conservative right-wing, political parties that pretend to be liberal lol. Still, no doubt the vast majority of dodgy plagiarists would happily do so. #AngusTaylor is a case in point. #AusPol. ⚖️ 🇦🇺
@reverendgenes.com.au"US forces give the nod. It's a set back for your country." 🇦🇺 🎸 #AusPol
@reverendgenes.com.auSurprising? No. Sad? Yes. Why? Well? Humans are supposed to be awesome. At least that's what we keep telling ourselves. But, at the end of the day, life's a numbers game. And, if you're small, something bigger will likely take you out. Even your own country. #ClimateAction #AusPol 💔 🇦🇺 ⚖️ 🌏 🌱

@reverendgenes.com.auEveryday USA people are being left behind. UK diesel car sales down 90%. Dealers will not trade them. Diesel is dead. The #FelonPresident will be soon too. US taxes funding Russia’s war on #Ukraine is criminal. ⚖️ 🇺🇦 ☮️

@reverendgenes.com.auBrilliant. If this was my local I'd be round for lunch every day. 😍
@reverendgenes.com.auEvery prosecutor wants a piece of the justice that will hopefully flow after the #2026MidTerms. No peace for the murderous #FelonPresident & associated cronies. Get at it USA.
