You can vote TODAY at any of 59 voting locations across Vancouver. Polls are open until 8 pm.

We need a high voter turnout to defeat Ken Sim and ABC.

If you've already voted, tell a friend - and sign up to volunteer with COPE to get the vote out.

We got this.

You seriously believe Selina Robinson? The person fired from the NDP for racist comments about Palestine? Those are all edited and manipulated images

I think it simply breaks Sim’s brain that Sean is popular.

Today, the Vancouver Police Department issued a release saying "when it comes to the perception of public safety, the facts matter." In 2020, when the crime rate in the city was down, Vancouver Police Department Chief Adam Palmer argued that feelings mattered as much as facts.

I've been to 3 election events now. ABC has avoided public scrutiny at the mayoral, council, and school board level. Mike Klassen and Lisa Dominato did show up to a Cedar Cottage event - gave an intro and then ran away before they could be asked a question. They don't deserve to be re-elected.

Vancouver deserves better than this petty Trump style smear campaign. A bunch of AI edited screenshots? Blog posts from 2008? Can’t attack my policies as a councillor? Pathetic.

COPE stands with the IUOE Local 963 workers.

IN SOLIDARITY WITH IUOE LOCAL 963
COPE stands with the IUOE Local 963 workers following a 96.9% vote in favour of a strike if necessary, as negotiations with Vancouver School Board management have stalled due to management’s concession demands.

These workers keep our schools safe and clean, our students well fed, and supervised during recess and lunch time.

The union's demands are simple: ensuring trained workers serve our kids and our schools, job security for those workers, and the safety and quality of their working conditions.

The School Board is trying to undermine the required qualifications of trade certifications for power engineers for our schools, devalue their jobs, and lower their wages. Our power engineers are qualified, let's keep it that way.

Food workers are facing job insecurity due to a funding model that relies on grants and donations, rather than funding from the School Board. Let us be clear, city staff should never have to rely on donations to maintain their jobs. COPE believes our cafeterias and meal programs should be funded by the School Board, not by unpredictable goodwill donations.

COPE knows it's possible to fully fund these programs – these workers can have job security and kids can count on hot meals at school. COPE school board trustee Suzie Mah fought for 4 years for more stable funding for these programs.

COPE always stands on the side of workers, and COPE’s Candidates for School Board trustee will always stand with union workers at the VSB.

Here’s my story about Lorraine Lowe’s religious social media post which ABC called a “personal prayer.” Sim called it “absolutely incredible.”
