It's like a tight rope too, the balance point changes overtime. That's the hardest part for me. I've been acting, physically, like I’m still 35 when I’m 61. That balance isn't possible, which is why my body said nope. It drives home the lesson that I need a new balance point now.

Thanks 🙏. I can't imagine not laughing at disaster it certainly beats crying over it IMO.I did overindulge my 1st night out if the hospital. Felt a bit sick after, I’ve really got to learn balance.
