Didn't explain the yelling, but hey, he couldn't see what she was dreaming about. "Spit it out," he ordered gently, hand under her chin. Whatever it was, it couldn't be real food. Nami swayed in place, lips firmly shut and unseeing eyes blinking slow. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders to steady her, and repeated himself to better results. Eyes turned up toward the ceiling, her mouth fell open to drop a spit drenched and very much alive spider into the palm of his hand.

I’m also even more so biased ‘cause if what I want to happen happens, that brings us a step closer to Zosan being potentially canon LOL I’d just like to believe, with the world falling apart and all, that Oda would be like “you know what, fuck it, yeah, he is queer and he’s gay for /that/ guy” lol

I’ll admit I’m heavily biased ‘cause I truly believe Oda’s been leaving crumbs since his fight with Bon Clay in Alabasta, the fact their moves were essentially mirrored in the first half felt like a subtle message! And then we have the “one of the girls” cover story that feels very intentional…

AND this is all coming up during a moment where it’s literally dire for him to accept himself! I don’t think it’s going to be a simple manner of reaffirming his and Luffy’s dreams again, that’d be a little anticlimactic atp imo, but hey I could be wrong

I dunno, maybe it’s blind hope, but there’s gotta be an interesting reason why Sanji’s been suppressing those memories for this long, y’know? If he wasn’t trying to bury a hard truth about himself, why would he feel the need to bury those memories?

I’m just really excited for the chance to see what Sanji’s kept buried since they all reunited (and maybe why) The implications are crazy, and maybe unlikely, but ugh I can hope
