Ok, this is a difficult one. Yes, these dog walkers and doggy daycares are using public spaces for their business activity.
But, at the same time, is anyone running such a business to become rich?

Words can buzz and hum like insects in the air. I'm not actually a cat, but that's a secret.
Ten-to-one, one or more of these complainants have issues about "the treaty" or some very strong views about "sovereign rights." "Taking thing's back", etc.
A thing that gets me about this story is how the complaints are insisting it's "private land". Or something. If that were remotely true, then the ACC wouldn't have anyone even sniffing near enforcement. Someone isn't telling the truth, here. And I bet the local authority isn't the one.
No, those parks are public spaces. Publicly owned and maintained. So, not sure of your point?
Yeah, until "Together Alone", Crowded House was absolutely an Aussie band. Still, every gig they played in New Zealand went off.
Every now and then I think "the westher really sucks here in New Zealand." The I remember I'm in an oceanic archipelago and not, say, Canada.
Beautiful friend from my collection. No date/info.
Seems like, maybe, there needs to be some nuance in the regulations. But, as someone who has spent what feels like a lifetime working around such things, "nuance" becomes the tiny loophole someone will drive a fucking huge truck through.

Depends which part of the world you're in, I guess.
Since it's still there on Netflix, I think i do need to a re-watch "Person of Interest." When first going in i had no idea it was going to become one of the best science fiction shows on television. A big point about good sf, is showing us what the world could be. Person of Interest did that.
For the longest time I thought the lyric was "your mind is racing like a pronoun." Then, recently, I've realised I'm singing to myself "racing like a greyhound." Neither of which is the actual lyric Matt Berninger sang. But, maybe he should have.
truth proves thievish for a prize so dear.
If you're really Scottish, tell me your favourite fried food.
That the entire crowd became silent to honour Cheryl Waka... And all spoken in Te Reo Māori. Beautiful. And important.
Anyway, time for rugby. Whatever else, the 'free-to-air / streaming" on TVNZ has really re-ignited my enjoyment of this silly game. Anyway, come on the taniwha!
I still haven't listened to their latest!
I find so little time to, like, settle down and listen to new music. Like, actually listen.
Currently it's Orangefarm's new album, the band has an old friend (and bandmate.)
But, i swear, the new Pineapple Thiel will be next.
Not all heroes wear capes.
Everyone seemed so old, then. I don't know what's happening with my own perspective, but, no one seems old or young to me. Which, sort of confuses me when I dip back into earlier seasons of Taskmaster UK, then compare them to the more recent seasons "When did Greg get glasses? Why is Alex so grey?
Randomly, this post has reminded me I really need to check out the new Pineapple Thiel album. I did say "randomly", I hope? The music centres within my brain do odd things.
73 is a lot younger than I expected. That's not much older than us.
