I host the Tomorrow Society Podcast on Disney & theme parks and podcast about the Amazing Race Canada for #RHAP. Tennis, Midnight Oil, Survivor, and competitive reality TV. I love singalong songs. He/him.
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialIt's been a crazy week. I found out Friday that the Tomorrow Society website got hacked, and the hosting company was baffled. I started wondering if it would just be gone. After a lot of long and challenging online chats with IT reps, it's back online! It all seems normal, so fingers crossed!
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialI really like the big tribes (especially 11). It makes for a lot more options for voting going into Tribal Council. More of this! #survivor
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialI've been updating my past Walt Disney World lists. It's time to look at my Fantasyland all-time rankings! I was surprised that I didn't need to add any attractions since I wrote this in 2020. I re-wrote all of it and tweaked some spots. What do you think? tomorrowsociety.com/ranking-fant...
@pixelatedboat.bsky.socialReposted by @thedanheaton.bsky.socialThere is nothing wrong with the video game industry that couldn’t be fixed by a AAA open world Burger Time game
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialI had a blast just chatting with former Imagineer Don Carson about what interests us about theme parks right now on this week's new podcast. We cover a lot including Disney's D23 news, the Galactic Starcruiser, Epic Universe, VR, Lightning Lanes, AI, and more! tomorrowsociety.com/don-carson-t...
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialLove seeing HALT AND CATCH FIRE up there so high! I think about that show a lot and how it surprised me so many times.
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialSure thing, Matt! I'm sad it took me so long to watch it. It's been on my list for a few weeks.
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialI finally caught up with the RHAPCon episode of Pod Friends, and it was so great! If you haven't checked it out, it's definitely worth your time. @mattscottgw.bsky.social does an awesome job on this show, and this amazing group of women from #RHAP was so cool. www.youtube.com/watch?v=8w2e...
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialThat entire segment was weird and way too long. Of course players want to agree with Jeff when he’s rigbt there. Felt weirdly self-serving and awkward. Fun premiere overall thankfully!
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialI’m going to survive in a guillotine league almost solely because of the Panthers D. Definitely worth the $20/$1,000 FAAB.
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialWearing too many hats? Send your questions to @jessliese.bsky.social and me about the season finale (!!!) of the Amazing Race Canada, and we'll answer them on tomorrow night's big podcast! Don't forget your t-shirt cannon! #RHAP
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialI wrote a 2016 blog ranking all the attractions that have ever been in WDW's Tomorrowland. I've updated that article today, though I only had to add one attraction with TRON! I did rewrite all the entries and changed some rankings. I'd love to hear what you think! tomorrowsociety.com/tomorrowland...
@mattscottgw.bsky.socialReposted by @thedanheaton.bsky.socialI love you all so much, and love that we could have this celebration & conversation at RHAPCon!
Thanks @robhasapodcast.bsky.social and @robcesternino.bsky.social for the space to do this very special Pod Friends. Special thanks @maritalks2much.bsky.social!

@williamfleitch.bsky.socialReposted by @thedanheaton.bsky.socialThis is a terrific piece on the US Open's "influencer problem" from @girinathan.bsky.social.
(His book CHANGEOVER, about the Sinner-Alcaraz rivalry, is terrific as well. Even my 14-year-old son read it!)
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialIn case you missed it earlier this week, I released a new interview podcast! I really enjoyed chatting with Bob Rogers about his new book and a lot of cool attractions. Also breaking news: Another episode will be out in a few weeks!
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialI'm good! They also really telegraphed it early in the leg.
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialStruggling to memorize your words? We can help with that! Send your questions on Episode 9 of the Amazing Race Canada to @jessliese.bsky.social and me, and we'll answer them on tomorrow night's podcast! #RHAP
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialMy order: Mahomes, Love, Jones, then Murray.
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialYes, we have a brand new interview on the Tomorrow Society Podcast! When someone as cool as Bob Rogers calls with his great new book, I can't help it. We talk about his career starting at Disneyland's Magic Shop and BRC Imagination Arts plus the book DEEP STORY. tomorrowsociety.com/bob-rogers-d...
@thedanheaton.bsky.socialWeakest one is No Substance all the way. Of course, that also fits here in a lot of ways.
