@caramartin.caThat's how it usually hits me too. Even shingrix shot 2, which I thought might get icky, was just 48 hours of fatigue plus sore arm. Either way your recovery plan is solid and now I'm seriously craving churros 🙂

@caramartin.caHey, Canadians, does anyone have a 🇨🇦 web hosting provider they're happy with that doesn't cost megabucks? I was with Hypermart forever, then they got taken over by another company that's now been swallowed up by a different one I'm not impressed with.

@caramartin.caUghhh. At an orchestra concert in July I was treated to incessant coughing by the guy seated behind me. During the solos his coughing was louder than instruments. Some of the spray hit my husband's neck. After over an hour of this I turned around and glared at the guy (I was in an N95) and he left.
