I had to listen to Comfortably Numb to recall the opening slide part. It's subtle but definitely gives the track a great atmospheric tone.

Cool. I dig the blue more too. I like the translucent finish with a bit of woodgrain showing through too.

That's beautiful. It looks like it was never played. Super clean.

I've attempted playing a lap steel a few times. When played well they sound amazing. But, I haven't dedicated enough time to learn to play it well. It's on the bucket list. That's an interesting one that can be played standing, cool!

I've seen King Lizard a couple of times. Their guitars are wild. This one reminded me of a combo of Vox and Teisco when they played it live. I wonder if that's how they made the original. I think the band made their instruments, if I recall the story correctly.

Thanks! Mosrite had a great sense for design. And, their finishes are top rate.

Cool guitar, eh! Do you like this version in a sunburst or the blue version from yesterday better?

Just a tad less in price! I had no idea they were going for that much now. I was going to get $1000-$1500. The Times They Are A Changing!

It would def make an excellent guitar for the Batman theme...especially by The Jam!

Exactly! Surfer madness through and through!

The White Album - The Beatles or Disintegration- The Cure

Wow! Very nice! Those have been in big demand for many years. I'm not sure on pricing but I bet it's up there.

Nice! The Gospels are very rare with limited runs. The Dillion is a Johnny Ramone style, model, right?

I saw them around 2018/2019. They were doing a tour of the 2 early albums as Clan Of Xymox. It was a great show. The Pieter Nooten Sleeps with the Fishes album is excellent too.

Yeah, I know what you mean on the speakers.

Cool guitar, eh! Mosrites are really well made guitars with that great Surf sound and lots more tone capabilities.

It definitely is! Mosrite necks are thin and fast. Def fun to play.

Jerry Jeff Walker would be amazing in the band! Micheal Clarke, Chris Ethridge, Sneaky Pete, PigPen on organ! ;-) Def could be a long list.

Right! I would have loved to have seen the full original band. But, this was a good second experience.
