Yeah! I also first played NiGHTS into Dreams as an adult and it made me feel like a kid playing my favorite games 🥰

What’s also funny is that when I was first trying it, I wasn’t even that impressed with it, but it super grew on me. GCN might have more sauce, but City Folk has its own unique brand of sauce too, I’ve come to realize.

Games Will Never Be Bad Like They Used To Be

It’s also funny because I first really played City Folk during Spring of 2024, so it’s funny I can feel so nostalgic for 2 years ago. I guess it also makes me nostalgic for certain parts of early 2010s gaming Youtube, pre-New Leaf even

I was on a break from Animal Crossing but I randomly got nostalgic thinking about City Folk, particularly the Fall and Winter seasons in it. I really wish I was home playing City Folk rn.

Semi-related: the phrase “Christmas noobs” is very funny to me, like phonetically

Nothing like the smell of pwned noobs in the morning….

Found this on twt today! I love old dev work like this 💜

there will be no formal ost release.. however...

Redo of my kappa design. I wanted to keep the mallard/alligator snapping turtle insps, but had to leave some stuff out. Overall, I like this version a lot better though

Push ahead!

Every few months I have look up and relearn how to use yt-dlp and also every few months something in yt-dlp breaks and i have to look up how to fix it because YouTube is making it harder for yt-dlp to work 😩
